Policies
A. Reservations
-50% of party is due at time of reservation plus fees. Final payment is due upon arrival.
-A valid credit card and email is required to reserve date and time. An invoice will be sent to your email. If damages occur to equipment, Light EM Up Mobile Laser Tag reserves the right to charge this card for damages.
-The remainder of the balance is due at/before delivery.
-All waivers/liability forms must be signed by all participants before play can begin.
-All safety rules/regulations must be followed at all times.
-There will be a fuel/travel surcharge added for deliveries farther than 25 miles and 50 miles from business location .
-Additional charges may apply for credit/debit card payments.
B. Cancellation Policy
-More than 30 days before the scheduled event there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee taken from deposit.
-Less than 30 days before the scheduled event there will be no refund of deposit.
C. Weather Policy
-Laser tag play can be affected by severe or very wet weather. There are occasions where the weather does not want to cooperate with your event.
-In the event of severe weather-heavy rains, flooding, high winds, lightening, ice, heavy snows, etc. we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff, and equipment.
-We will make every effort to postpone later in the day or reschedule to another date if necessary
-If the weather event is anticipated before the event please contact us.
D. Safety Rules
-Proper attire for physical activity should be worn-closed-toe shoes, nonrestrictive clothing
-No activities that could result in injury to self or others.
-No activities that could result in damage to the equipment-including, but not limited to, throwing, slamming, getting wet).
-Any misuse on the renter’s part that causes damage to the equipment will result in a charge to the credit card used at the time of the reservation.
-An adult over the age of 18 must present at all times. All players must sign a liability waiver.
E. Field Rules
-The general rules listed below give safe, fair play and increase your enjoyment of the game.
-This is a non-contact game. Please keep at least a three foot perimeter between you and
opposing players. No hitting, kicking, pushing, poking or throwing.
-Take extreme care of the laser gear that you are issued.
-Taggers are not to be laid on the ground, thrown, used as clubs or otherwise abused. Do not
use the tagger to help you stand up.
-Remain on the ground. No climbing trees or structures.
-Stay back 15' from any water such as pools, fountains, tubs, puddles, etc.
-No foul language.
-No cheating. Do not cover your sensors.
-Stay in the boundary lines of the playing field.
-Laser gear is not allowed outside the playing or picnic area.
-Do not attempt to modify the laser gear.
-The Field Marshals are in charge of the field play. Please respect and follow their directions.
-Anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be asked to leave the premises.
-No unauthorized equipment on the premises.
-Do not climb, poke or jump on the bunkers.
-If severe weather is threatening, suspend play and seek shelter. Protect taggers from rain.
F. Equipment Rules
-We ask that you respect our equipment as it is the core of our business.
-Your personal safety and enjoyment of the game is our top priority.
-Our equipment is designed to be the most durable on the market and performs well under normal playing conditions.
-You will be responsible for any damage that is not accidental.
-If any equipment is maliciously damaged, we reserve the right to bill you for the repairs and other expenses due to the damage.
-Equipment stolen or damaged at the event site will be billed to the event planner.
